Oaks Coffee Shop

The Oaks Coffee Shop opened on Elm Farm Road in 2002 with the intention of providing somewhere for the local community to meet. Initially a book and coffee shop the space is used by both the local and Christian community.

Visit The Oaks and you will enjoy high quality refreshments including homemade cakes and a variety of hot drinks to tempt everyone in a friendly relaxed atmosphere, come with your friends or meet new ones here.

We also have a growing selection of used Christian books at just £1 each.

This community centre is used for various events through the week so always check the website diary for the latest events.

It is our hope each month to have a charity coffee morning on a Saturday morning where a charity will be highlighted and funds raised for that charity. Please keep an eye on the website or our facebook page to see when We have supported many charities by doing thisthere is an event on and who it is raising money for.

We have supported numerous charities in this way and are greatful for the people who make this happen by their hard work and of course for those who generously give to good causes.

On a Wednesday, 10am - 12 noon, we have an intermediate Bridge group. Where people can learn about the game in a teaching environment; can meet fellow bridge players and find new partners for club nights. This is in connection with Aylesbury Aces and we are extremely fortunate to have John and Gill Pain help us with these lessons.

This is a learning club where we play and analyse hands.

For enquiries or to book a place call Graham on 01296 424880 or email gta@talktalk.net.

Enjoy sewing, knitting, embroidery or any craft? Then why not bring it along and enjoy others company and a coffee as you do it.

If you would like more information, please contact the centre on 01296 424880 or oakscc@btconnect.com.
