Graham Arnold

Senior Pastor

Graham is married to Karen, and together they have a son, Zac. Raised in a non-Christian home, Graham initially disliked anything to do with Christianity—until he encountered God personally in 1982. That encounter changed everything. Called by God to "feed His sheep," Graham has devoted his life to faithfully serving in ministry ever since. Before leading Oaks Community Church, he served as Director of Aylesbury Vale Youth for Christ.

Originally from Old Kent Road and a proud Millwall season ticket holder, Graham brings passion and authenticity to everything he does. If you ask him what he wants most in life, his answer is simple: “The Father’s presence.” As the full-time Senior Pastor, Graham works alongside the leadership team to guide the overall vision and direction of the church.

Karen Arnold

Leadership Team

Karen was part of the founding team that planted Oaks Community Church and has served in leadership from the beginning. With a deep passion for worship, she leads our worship ministry, helping others encounter God through praise and song. Karen also plays a vital role in prayer ministry and pastoral care, meeting one-on-one with individuals and encouraging others in their walk with God.

Kate Springett

Leadership Team

Kate has been part of Oaks Community Church since its beginning and was once a young member of Graham’s youth group. She brings a compassionate and relational approach to her leadership, with a particular heart for women’s ministry and pastoral care. Kate also serves in children’s ministry and is a consistent, caring presence within church life, offering support and encouragement wherever it's needed.
